1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SkillBoosttPro.com or any of our services, you fully accept and agree to these general terms and conditions.

2. Offered Services

SkillBoosttPro delivers premium professional development courses, tailored learning paths, expert mentoring, and personal skill assessments. See our 'Courses' page for full details.

3. Student Commitments

Provide accurate and updated information
Comply with course enrollment requirements
Attend sessions as scheduled and complete all assignments within the course period

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT included. Payment is required upfront upon course registration. SkillBoosttPro course: Advanced Project Management – CHF 1,200.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may cancel course enrollment at any time with at least 10 days’ notice before the course start date.

Partial refunds: No refunds are provided for sessions already attended or started.
Full refund: Available only if the course has not yet begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkillBoosttPro is not liable for any damages arising from third parties or inappropriate use of course materials by the participant. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SkillBoosttPro.com (logos, text, images, course materials) is the exclusive property of SkillBoosttPro. Any reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
